The GL1600 returns the early 1980s archive silhouette to the lifestyle rotation, and this men's colourway puts the four-material upper construction in its darkest reading. Almost Black runs across the nubuck and suede panels, removing the warm, heritage tones typically associated with 1980s archive trainers and bringing the layered construction into a more contemporary, understated direction. Grey4 works through the structural details and overlay panels, providing enough tonal variation to keep the construction readable without breaking the dark coherence of the upper. Linen arrives at the accent points as the sole warm note in the palette, a quiet break against the cooler body. Polyester underlays and PU-coated synthetic panels complete the four-material build.
