1. Purpose of the storefront
Brengo helps customers discover products from international brands and, once the relevant functions launch, arrange their purchase and delivery. A product page is informational. Material terms are fixed before payment and in the saved order.
An order enters processing only after a connected payment provider confirms payment.
2. Account and guest access
Catalog browsing, the bag and checkout do not require registration. An account keeps profile, wishlist, saved searches and available order history together.
A guest may receive a secure link to one order. It must not be shared: the holder can see permitted data and actions for that order. Brengo may restrict, revoke or rotate the link if compromise is suspected.
3. Catalog changes
Price, availability, option, colour and description can change at the international seller. Brengo rechecks authoritative data before creating an order and stores a historical line snapshot. One unavailable item does not automatically cancel the others.
4. Payment and processing
An order enters processing only after full payment is verified server-side. Available methods and terms appear on the payment page. A provider that is not active is not presented as working.
5. Delivery
For the Russian storefront, the current policy charges RUB 500 per order for Europe-to-Moscow delivery. Moscow-to-CDEK-pickup delivery is paid on receipt at the CDEK rate and is not included in the amount paid to Brengo unless stated otherwise before payment.
6. Intellectual property
Trademarks, images and names belong to their respective rights holders and are used to identify and describe products. Brengo does not claim brand affiliation without a separate verifiable basis.
7. Acceptable use
Do not access another person's data, misuse the service or interfere with its infrastructure.
8. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes customer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where a conflict exists, applicable law and the final terms accepted before payment prevail.
