Where to look
A signed-in customer sees available orders in the account. A guest receives a separate secure link to one order, without being required to register.
What the stages mean
The interface translates internal operations into a clear sequence: order saved, awaiting payment, paid, processing, purchased, moving to Moscow, preparing for dispatch, handed to CDEK and in delivery.
Not every internal freight or purchase reference is customer-facing. After domestic handover, the CDEK tracking reference becomes the primary delivery identifier.
A test order and its Awaiting payment state are working now. Further stages appear only with real payment, procurement and logistics operations.
