How an order moves through Russia
- You place and pay for the order.
- Once payment is verified, Brengo arranges the purchase of available items.
- Products arrive from Europe at the Moscow warehouse.
- The order is checked and prepared for domestic dispatch.
- The parcel is handed to CDEK and sent to the selected pickup point.
- You receive tracking details and collect the order.
Delivery charges
Europe → Moscow costs RUB 500 for the whole order. It appears separately and is charged by Brengo once, regardless of the number of order lines.
Moscow → CDEK pickup point is charged at the CDEK rate on receipt. It is not part of the amount paid to Brengo. If the order data allows a credible calculation, checkout may show an estimate; CDEK determines the final amount.
Timing
Timing depends on seller availability, purchase, arrival at the European warehouse, international transport and CDEK operations. Brengo does not promise an exact date before reliable events exist for the order. Available stages appear in order tracking.
