Brengo is an independent service arranging overseas purchases and delivery for customers in Russia. It is not the official website of the brands shown in its catalogue and does not claim their endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless separately established.
Intellectual-property and rights-holder notices: abuse@brengo.ru. You may submit your enquiry in English. You do not need to open a Russian page or register a customer account first.
1. Operator and contact
The website is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Dmitry Mikhailovich Rashov, Russian Federation. Russian Tax ID: 246008024799. Individual Entrepreneur Registration Number: 326508100395750.
Correspondence address: 7A Lyotchika Ulyanina Street, Office 238, Moscow, Russian Federation. IP contact: abuse@brengo.ru. Customer order support: help@brengo.ru.
A message to Brengo is not a message to the brand itself. This page provides information for rights holders and their representatives; it is not an English-language purchasing offer.
2. Independent status and the catalogue
Brand and model names identify the goods and the subject of the information. They do not indicate that a brand owns Brengo or has appointed it as an official representative. A reference to an official store identifies a purchasing source, not an affiliation of Brengo.
Brengo presents translated and organised information about overseas product offers. A customer instructs Brengo to arrange the purchase of selected goods and delivery. The service may use contracted purchasing and logistics providers. A catalogue listing does not establish that an item is already imported into Russia or held as Brengo's own retail stock.
Purchases are arranged from official European brand stores or lawful multi-brand retailers. Outside merchants do not independently post their own listings on Brengo. Rights in trademarks, photographs and protected text remain with their respective holders. Enquiries about a particular use are reviewed with reference to the identified material.
3. Sending a notice
Please email abuse@brengo.ru with the rights holder's identity, your reply contact and your role or authority to act. Identify the exact page or material URLs, the right concerned, the alleged use, supporting information and the action requested.
For a trademark, the registration number and territory help identify the right. For a photograph or text, please provide information supporting the asserted entitlement. Include any applicable binding court or authority decision and the action it requires.
No particular form is required. We may ask for relevant clarification if needed to understand the notice. Please do not send unrelated customer details, passports or payment credentials.
4. Review and response
Brengo reviews the notice and the identified material. Where warranted, it may correct information, restrict access to a particular item of content or remove it. If the requested action is not supported, we provide a reasoned response.
Notices are handled without unjustified delay and subject to applicable mandatory deadlines. Receipt of a notice or an interim action is not itself an admission of infringement or liability.
This process does not restrict access to competent courts or authorities and does not create a mandatory pre-action requirement where the law does not require one.
5. Personal information in an enquiry
The operator identified above processes the sender's name, professional role, reply contact, relevant attachments and correspondence to handle the notice, meet legal obligations and establish or protect rights. This is not a subscription to marketing communications.
Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for those purposes, and to competent recipients where disclosure is legally required. Records are retained for handling the matter and for applicable legal retention or a justified period needed to protect rights, then deleted or appropriately anonymised. Unrelated customer information and commercial terms are not disclosed merely because a notice was submitted.
Personal data subject to Russian localisation requirements is collected using databases in Russia. Any necessary international transfer is subject to the applicable legal basis and procedures. You may request information about the processing, correction, or deletion where legally available by emailing help@brengo.ru. We may request sufficient information to confirm identity or authority. Requests covered by the Russian statutory access procedure are answered within 10 working days, with a reasoned extension of up to 5 working days where permitted. Other requests follow their applicable legal deadlines.
The fuller Personal Data Policy is in Russian. Reading it is not a prerequisite for submitting a notice or making a privacy enquiry in English.
6. Further public information
The essential information for an English-language notice is on this page. The following optional pages provide additional details in Russian: Independent status, About Brengo, Purchasing sources, Agency Agreement, Website Terms, and Contacts.
The Russian rights-holder page describes the corresponding notice procedure. Commercial supplier agreements and internal handling instructions are not public website documents.
