Checkout takes five clear steps. Before payment, you can review the final total, recipient details and selected pickup point — with no hidden stages.
1. Choose a product
Open the product page and select a colour and an available size or other option. Brengo rechecks current product data before an item is added to the bag.
2. Review your bag
The bag shows the product, option, quantity and price. The minimum goods subtotal is RUB 3,000 after product discounts, excluding delivery and before any future Brengo credit is applied.
One RUB 500 Europe-to-Moscow charge is added per order. CDEK delivery from Moscow to the selected pickup point is paid separately on receipt.
3. Add delivery and recipient details
For Russia, choose a verified city and CDEK pickup point, then provide the recipient's first name, last name, phone number and email address. Signing in is optional: a guest can order without creating a password.
4. Continue to payment
After confirmation Brengo saves the order as Awaiting payment. A separate page lets you review products, recipient, pickup point and total once more.
The order enters processing only after full payment has been verified through an enabled provider. Reopening the page or retrying payment does not create a second order.
5. Keep access to the order
A guest can return through a secure link sent by email. The link is scoped to one order and does not grant access to another person's account.
