Brengo brings products from multiple brands into one catalog. Before an item enters the bag and checkout, we recheck the current price, option and availability using the seller data available to us.
We arrange the purchase
Once full payment is verified, the order enters processing. Items from different brands may be purchased separately: one customer order is not the same as one purchase from an international seller.
If one item becomes unavailable, the rest of the order is not cancelled automatically. We may offer a reliably related replacement or agree another outcome allowed by the current rules.
We arrange the journey
Products arrive at a European warehouse and then travel to Moscow. After sorting, a customer parcel is formed and handed to CDEK. Customers see clear stages, not internal purchase batches or freight references.
Brengo develops in verified steps. A new sourcing country, payment method or delivery route appears only after a real integration has been tested.
