1. Parties and instruction
The customer instructs the Brengo operator to arrange the purchase of selected products from appropriate international retailers and the related delivery stages on the terms shown before payment.
The operator is Individual Entrepreneur Dmitry Mikhailovich Rashov, Tax ID 246008024799, Registration ID 326508100395750, legal address: 10 Triumfalnaya Street, Odintsovo, Moscow Region, 143002, Russia. Brengo's role is a service and intermediary role; Brengo is not the product manufacturer.
2. Catalog and order formation
The catalog provides product and offer information but does not replace the final order snapshot. Before payment, the product, brand, option, quantity, price, currency, recipient, pickup point and applicable policy version are fixed.
One customer order may include different brands and is not identical to one seller purchase. Procurement batches, international consignments and domestic parcels may be grouped differently without rewriting customer financial history.
3. Price and payment
The customer sees goods, verified discounts, the RUB 500 Europe-to-Moscow charge and the total payable to Brengo. CDEK delivery from Moscow to the pickup point is paid separately on receipt unless stated otherwise before payment.
An order enters operational processing only after full payment is verified. One order may have several payment attempts; a retry must not create a second order or duplicate charge.
4. Purchase and unavailable items
Brengo arranges purchase after payment. Actual seller availability may change before purchase. One unavailable item does not automatically cancel the rest.
Brengo may offer another size, colour or reliably related model. The customer may decline. Once internal credit is active, the unavailable item's value may be issued as compensation credit under published rules; a monetary refund remains a separate operation where required by law and contract.
Any replacement and price difference are agreed with the customer before the order is changed.
5. Delivery and tracking
The Russian model includes receipt at a European warehouse, international transport to Moscow, sorting and handover of a customer parcel to CDEK. Timing remains indicative until the relevant stage is supported by an actual event.
One order may be split into physical shipments and several orders may be consolidated into one parcel only under an approved policy. Fees and consent for those changes require separate rules.
6. Guest order
An account is optional. A guest may use a secure, scoped link for one order, payment and permitted status. The link is not a full account session and may expire, be revoked or rotated.
7. Returns, compensation and internal funds
A monetary refund to the original payment method and Brengo internal funds are legally and technically distinct. Compensation credit must not be mixed with promotional bonuses. Applicable time limits, claim procedures, restrictions and calculations are shown in the order and the published rules.
8. Trademarks and independence
Brengo uses trademarks, images and names to identify products and does not claim brand affiliation without a separate basis. The notice process is described under Rights holders.
