If a paid item becomes unavailable
One unavailable item should not automatically cancel the rest of the order. Brengo first contacts the customer and, where a reliably related option exists, may offer another size, colour or close model.
The customer can decline. Once Brengo credit is active, the paid value may be issued as compensation credit under the current published rules. It represents previously paid value in the Brengo service, not a promotional bonus.
A monetary refund to the original payment method remains a separate operation and applies where required by the agreement and law. Compensation credit, promotional credit and monetary refunds are not interchangeable records.
Returning a product
The applicable claim period, accepted product condition, return shipping process, costs and refund method follow the published agreement and the facts of the specific order.
Keep packaging, tags and documents until you decide. Do not send a product back without instructions linked to the specific order.
